Ingredients.
10 kg of glutinous rice flour
3 liters of water
2 liters of coconut milk
3 kg of demerara
3 kg of sugar
Way to Prepare:
- Mix the glutinous rice flour with water.
- Put it into frying pan and cook it over the moderate heat.
- When the mixture become boil up, put the coconut milk.
- Stir it until boil.
- Next, put the demerara and sugar.
- Then, stir it always and make sure that the mixture does not sticky.
- Cook it until stick.
- Lastly, cold it until it can be cut.
