Ingredients.
1kg of flour
1 buttercup
2 eggs
2 yolk (for sweep it)
2 tea spoon of vanilla essence
2 tea spoon of pineapple essence
Margarine for gently the dough
Flavor and Decoration: 1 pineapple
1 and ½ cup of sugar
4 bud of clover
1 piece of screw-pine
Way to Prepare.
- Mix all the dough and knead it gently.
- Cook the entire flavor until it condensed and cool it.
- Put the dough in the mould tart and compress it.
- Next, put pineapple jam at the top and roll it.
- Sweep the yolk on top of it for look more nicely and cook it.
