"DODOL"


Ingredients.

10 kg of glutinous rice flour

3 liters of water

2 liters of coconut milk

3 kg of demerara

3 kg of sugar

Way to Prepare:

  1. Mix the glutinous rice flour with water.
  2. Put it into frying pan and cook it over the moderate heat.
  3. When the mixture become boil up, put the coconut milk.
  4. Stir it until boil.
  5. Next, put the demerara and sugar.
  6. Then, stir it always and make sure that the mixture does not sticky.
  7. Cook it until stick.
  8. Lastly, cold it until it can be cut.

"LAYER CAKE"


Ingredients.

1 cup of flour

1 cup of corn flour

½ cup of sugar

4 cup of coconut milk (abstemious condensed)

1 tea spoon of salt

Bit of red colorant

Way to Prepare:

  1. Heat the brass until it’s steam first with moderate fire.
  2. Mix the ingredients into the blender and blend it until delicate.
  3. Then, sieve it.
  4. Detach the dough into 2 parts.
  5. Put red colorant in the one part.
  6. Next, put little bit white colorant and let it for 3 minute.
  7. Put the red dough.
  8. Do these steps until it finish.
  9. After it cook, take up and let it cold then cut it.

"Rolling Pineapple Tart"


Ingredients.

1kg of flour

1 buttercup

2 eggs

2 yolk (for sweep it)

2 tea spoon of vanilla essence

2 tea spoon of pineapple essence

Margarine for gently the dough

Flavor and Decoration: 1 pineapple

1 and ½ cup of sugar

4 bud of clover

1 piece of screw-pine

Way to Prepare.

  1. Mix all the dough and knead it gently.
  2. Cook the entire flavor until it condensed and cool it.
  3. Put the dough in the mould tart and compress it.
  4. Next, put pineapple jam at the top and roll it.
  5. Sweep the yolk on top of it for look more nicely and cook it.

"ALMOND LONDON CAKE"


Ingredients.

250g of butter

125g of icing sugar

100g of corn flour

250g of flour

Mix vigorously of egg

Cooking chocolate

Way to Prepare.

  1. Mix the margarine, icing sugar and the egg.
  2. Pour the flour and knead it gently.
  3. Add toast almond into dough.
  4. Burn in until it is cook.
  5. Dip it into cooking chocolate and broadcast with the toast almond.

"BAHULU"


Ingredients.

Flour dough

350g of sugar

10 of egg

600gm of flour

Way to Prepare.

  1. Mix vigorously the egg and sugar until it is spread out.
  2. Mix bit of flour with bowl of egg dough.
  3. Make sure it’s not over condensed and over fluid.
  4. Heat the dough. If you use traditional way, put fire embers at the above and below of the pot.
  5. Infuse the dough into the mould but make sure it’s not over the limit.
  6. Burn it until the color of ‘bahulu’ become to gold yellow.

“KUIH LOMPANG”


Ingredients

½ cup of glutinous rice flour

¼ cup of tapioca flour

¾ cup of sugar

1 spoon of screw-pine juice

Lime water

Way to Prepare

1. Mix glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, screw-pine juice and lime water until it become mixture.

2. Steam the mixture at the moderate temperature.

“KUIH BAKAR KEMBOJA”


Ingredients

12 eggs

2 ½ of melting sugar

1 kg of flour

4 cup of coconut milk

1 cup of sesame

Screw-pine

Alloy

Way to Prepare

1. Mix the eggs, sugar, flour, coconut milk, sesame and screw-pine.

2. Put the mixture into the alloy.

3. Baked the cake about 50 into 60 minutes with 150 C.

4. Lastly, spread the sesame at the top of it.

“SERI MUKA”


Ingredients

2 bowl of glutinous rice

2 bowl of coconut milk

Little bit of lime water

Little bit of screw-pine flavor

2 bowl of sugar

2 yolks

1 bowl of flour

1 bowl of corn flour

Little of salt

Way to Prepare

1. Steam the glutinous rice and put the mixture at the alloy.

2. Mix the coconut milk, lime water, screw-pine flavor, sugar, yolks, flour, corn flour and little salt until it become mixture.

3. Steam the mixture at the moderate temperature.

“SPONGE CAKE”


Ingredients

3 spoon of buttercup

1 spoon of soda bicarbonate

5 eggs

½ tin of milk

1 bowl of flour

1 bowl of sugar

1 bowl of water

Way to Prepare

1. Heats the sugar until it become mixture.

2. Melt the buttercup until it becomes mixture.

3. Add water into the sugar mixture.

4. Add milk, eggs and flour into the buttercup mixture.

5. Do this step slowly with added the mixture of water and sugar.

6. Baked this cake with the moderate heat.

“NUT COOKIES”


Ingredients

1 cup of blend fried nuts

1 cup of flour

½ cup of burnt sugar

½ cup of corn oil

1 yolk

Way to Prepare

1. Mix nuts, flour, burnt sugar, and corn oil.

2. Knead it until it becomes soft dough.

3. Press the dough at any suitable design.

4. Sweep yolk at the top of the dough.

5. Baked the cookies.

“BANANA CAKE”


Ingredients

2 eggs

15 of bananas

3 glass of flour

½ glass of sugar

½ glass of oil

1 tea spoon of soda bicarbonate

Little bit vanilla essence

Way to Prepare.

1. Mash the bananas with soda and vanilla.

2. Pour the eggs, oil, flour that has been sieve with soda and vanilla essence. Then, bake it.

“BAULU PANDAN BERKISMIS”


Ingredients

450 gram of flour

180 gram of sugar

2 cup of screw-pine juice

100 gram of raisin

8 eggs

1 cup of coconut milk

1 tea spoon of salt

Little bit of buttercup

Way to Prepare.

1. Mix eggs with sugar until it become mixture.

2. Add flour, coconut milk, screw-pine juice and salt. Stir it until flat.

3. Sweep mould with little bit buttercup then heat it in the oven for a while.

4. Pour into the mould and then broadcast the raisin enough on top of it.

5. Bake it in the oven about 30 until 40 minutes with 180C.

“BAULU SANTAN BERBIJAN”


Ingredients.

8 of egg

450 gram of flour

180 gram of sugar

10 gram of sesame

3 cup of coconut milk

½ cup of screw-pine juice

1 tea spoon of salt

Little bit of oil

Way to Prepare.

1. Mix the egg with sugar until its mixture.

2. Put flour, coconut milk, screw-pine juice and salt. Stir it until mixture.

3. Sweep mould with coconut milk and then heat it in the oven for a while. Pour mould into it.

4. Broadcast the sesame on top of it and bake it in the oven about 30 until 40 minute with 180C.
